Where We Ship From
All CYC orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Woking, Surrey. We're an Irish-registered company (NMP Collins Innovations Ltd, VAT IE3479553VH) but our stock lives in the UK — so UK customers get fast, customs-free domestic delivery, and the rest of the world is served from there too.
Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse.
Delivery Times
UK: 2–4 working days (standard)
Ireland & EU: 5–10 working days (allowing for customs clearance since Brexit)
United States & rest of the world: 7–14 working days
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. We offer free shipping on orders over €100.
Customs & Import Duties
Where you live determines what (if anything) you'll pay on top of the order:
UK customers: No customs or import VAT — your order ships from inside the UK, so it's a domestic delivery.
Ireland & EU customers: Since Brexit, parcels travelling from the UK into the EU may be subject to import VAT and a small customs handling fee, paid to the courier on delivery. The exact amount depends on your country and order value.
United States & rest of the world: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country's customs authority. These are paid by the recipient on delivery and we can't predict or cover these in advance.
