Refund policy

We really hope you adore your new piece—but if it’s not quite love at first sight, don’t worry! We’ve got a simple return process in place to keep things smooth and stress-free.

You’ve got 14 days

Changed your mind? No problem. You’ve got 14 days from the date you receive your order to decide if it’s a keeper.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for the money to hit your account!

Here’s the deal

  • Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached (we love a fresh start).

  • In all cases, the product will need to be returned before we can issue a refund or exchange.

  • Returns are usually at the customer’s expense (unless we made a mistake or the item arrived faulty—then we’ve got your back!).

Product Care & Use

Please note that our products are artisan-made using natural materials, including cotton. While they are crafted to be durable, they have reasonable weight limits and are intended for everyday use. As handmade cotton bags, they are not designed to carry excessive weight, and placing heavy strain on the zips or seams is considered improper use.

We kindly ask customers to use reasonable judgment when assessing what the item can safely carry. Overloading or using the product beyond its intended purpose may lead to damage that is not considered a manufacturing fault. We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returns, and refunds or exchanges may be declined in cases of misuse.

This policy allows us to continue offering ethical, well-made products you can feel good about.

Returns & Restocking

We get it — sometimes it’s just not the one.

Heads up: returns come with a small restocking fee (around 10%)

This helps cover the behind-the-scenes magic: inspecting, processing, repackaging, and prepping your item for its next adventure.

We get it — a fee might not feel ideal. But hear us out: we work with external warehouses, and every touchpoint (pick-ups, scans, re-shelving) comes at a cost. When something is returned for reasons outside our control, we kindly ask you to help share that cost. It’s one of the ways we keep our pricing fair, our team supported, and our processes sustainable.
