When will my order ship?

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders thesame daywhen placed before 4pm GMT, or the next business day if placed later. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you’re reserving an item that isn’t available yet. Our pieces are handmade in small batches, so pre-ordering guarantees you won’t miss out when new stock arrives.

When will my pre-order arrive?

We aim to fulfill all pre-orders within4–6 weeks. Each item is crafted with care, so thank you for your patience! The expected shipping window is also listed on the product page.

I placed a pre-order—why hasn’t it arrived yet?

We know it’s exciting to receive your order quickly! Please note that pre-orders take 4–6 weeks to complete. If this doesn’t work for you, we suggest waiting to order until the product is back in stock—just click “Email Me When Available” on the product page to be notified.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country’s import laws, customs and import fees may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility, and we unfortunately can’t predict or control them.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 2 of placing your order, we’ll do our best to help. After that, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. For full details, see our returns page for more details on how!

What if my item is faulty?

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty item, please email [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue within 14days and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
